If you know where your screen shot folder is you can just take a screen shot from the game.
To bind a key for screen shot go to controls, interact i believe, and set a key for it.
For vista (32) screen shots are located here
MODS-
C:\Users\(User Name)\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program
Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\Mods\openwarfare154\screenshots
Regular Game-

oh i used xfire for this one and just copied the code. but just to let you know when people click on your image it enlarges the image half the time in which it does for you.
