    Re: scrim

Since i seem to be the first one responding I can be the captain of the other team if noone objects. All that my team will have to do is camp in a corner until the timer runs out. Jack's team will still be only half way to the objective.

    also is that 10 eastern?

I'll most likely be able to make it. Thanks for getting the ball rolling, Jack.

I think we need two matches. A Euro Friendly one and a USA Friendly one.

    Re: scrim

Thanks for organizing Jack. Also thanks to everyone that helped the folks that were not on Teamspeak get up to speed on the plan. All and all it was a pretty painless transition to the scrim even with a near full server. Great Job everybody.

    Re: scrim

I recommend that, during the transition from open play to scrim, the server be passworded, and the password given out in in-game chat, so everyone has it.

My computer crashed and I never got reconnected cos someone else grabbed my slot

    Re: scrim

well i know i hate to say it but with these types of random "captains matches" this kinda the way the cookie crumbles. i know that we had a rule in CS:S that you had to be an SM to be a captain just for the mere fact that if you were to be disconnected, the squad would not lose its leader, but i do agree with you on the password for the TG v TG scrims

    Re: scrim

Yeah, I guess. I never heard how it turned out, btw... I'm assuming the whole team lost cohesion and fell apart after I left, right?
