So my Upstairs Air conditioner goes out today

Yep it's 80+ degrees upstairs now..... I've already yanked the evap coil out but they don't make this coil any longer and you know what that means.... I have to put a new plenum, evap coil and drain pan then reconnect all the duct work.

Forget it.... I'm hiring someone to do that - It's TOO EFFIN HOT in that attic.

Wow it must be really hot.

Luckily I'm in England so we only get a week of 'warm'. Our annual quota was last week and with no air con at all it gets really hot.

Still back to good old cold now

Crazy talks. It was 110 degrees inside Wembley for the FA Cup Final! That's hot even by Med's Texan standards.

But yeah, in general, it's been a hot summer here so far. Most of June seems to have been spent at 100. Usually Dallas waits until July/August for that kind of nonsense.

Sorry to hear about your evaporator, Med. We just had to replace the evap in our car

    True that my fellow Texan.
It was 110*F down here in South Texas on the 4th. I haven't really been outside lately since I luckily have an office job. But man it's starting to get hot even for me and I love the Texas heat.

I went to Providence, RI in March and I thought I was gonna die from pneumonia.

We've been having a cooler than normal summer here in south central Michigan. Generally this time if year we are in the 90's with night time lows around 75-80. We are lucky to be getting into the high 70's low 80's as of right now, and at night time, we are in the low 50's. Good sleeping weather ftw!

It gets very close + above 50 this time of the year for our fellow troops wearing all their gear through dirt and sand. So not one of us should complain...

Heh nice 20c to 30c here in BC . Great wine weather.

Is that hyperbole or did you mean F? 116c is above the boiling point of water.

Anyone remember this classic Bob and Doug bit on metric conversion and six packs?

(Double and add 30, so a metric six pack is 42 beers.)
