Just a keyboard. One of the really early wireless logitech ones. Perfect for my needs, though. Except having to change batteries

    This:

It's no longer available (I've had it for many years), but I think there's a newer version.

This is what I use. Thanks goes to Wookiie for hooking me up and I actually saw it on the shelves at Frye's when I was in Texas last. The keyboard is somewhat abbreviated having no number pad but the convenience of having the ability to use chat and game functions with the board in my lap overrides any loss in other functionality.

I have the Belkin N52 on my other computer but prefer this.

I'm on my second N52, the first one doesn't work very good on Win7 but the new N52te works really good. NewEgg just ran a special on it not long ago so they may run it again if your interested.

I use the IdeaZon Zmerc gaming keyboard.

It has 34 dedicated gaming keys, with the movement keys arranged in a "butterfly" pattern. The other keys are shaped with indented, flat, or raised tops in order to be easily found by touch.

I guess this keyboard is similar to Bronco's, except it has a number keypad. It also has system volume controls, a mute button, and media player buttons. With the included software, you can easily make multi-button macros.

I'm still stickin' with my Logitech G15 and my G5. If I get some unexpected funding in the near future then I'd like to go Mindkills route.

I am getting rid of mine, The Z-engine will not work with 7, to most it's no big deal, but I liked the feature of keeping my key mapping through all of the games. With out it it will not allow you to keep the keys, you have to set each game, it also had downloads for the games, that was the best part of this, I am switching to a G15 with a n52te and a Roccat Kova mouse..

ps, if you are looking for a GREAT headset try this one Kave, by Roccat

I used to use my zBoard with the general keypad, but the massive gap between the letter keys where the hinges are gets very annoying, and it generally didnt help out very much anyways, so now im going with a steelseries 7g, it looks bog standard but it has a HOOOOOOGE wrist support which is very nice and the responsiveness is great.

    Re: Gaming key pads

    I use N52, G15 v1 and mx518 mouse.

how does the n52te match up against the n52? i heard that it's not as good. like if n52 were a 10, te would be a 7 or 8.

[edit] idk know why I put the wrong mouse. brain fart.

I went from the N52 to the te. I think the te is smoother. My 2 cents, te 10, n52 8.

I use the regular keyboard - well it's one that is slightly ergonomic but I use the logitech M-RBQ124 mouse (it's the MX line and I think mine was the MX 80 when I bought it but can't remember). The scroll wheel as precision bearings in it and scrolls forever on one good stroke. It's rechargable wireles and will run for 1 1/2 to 2 weeks on one charge. Charges really fast!

The best mouse I have ever had!
