[RELEASE] Backlot 2
Someone edited the original Backlot map and did some minor tweaks as well as opening up quite a few of the buildings.
Don't have any screens but the one from the CODUtility site, but will run it locally later and take some screens to post.

Re: [RELEASE] Backlot 2
Was on server 1 with haveaniceday, ikonic, and melee earlier. A lot of new places on this map. Also many new ways to get to the objectives. One very interesting way also.

Re: [RELEASE] Backlot 2
yes, I see that, I took a bunch of screenies.
I'm also finding a lot of places that looks like you should be able to get to, but can't. Maybe the author isn't finished yet?Contact Me ~ CoD Contact an Admin Forum ~ CoD Rules & SOPs

Re: [RELEASE] Backlot 2
A number of them require jumping and climbing fence or lattice. A lot of little things are not really noticable, but once you see them you will wonder how you missed it. I thought this when haveaniceday was showing me around.

Re: [RELEASE] Backlot 2
well there's one particular area I'm having trouble with over near where the B objective is on S&D. There's a room with windows looking out, but the only place I saw that might be an entrance was all bricked up when I finally found it.

Re: [RELEASE] Backlot 2
I really like this map. I think it is what is needed for a lot of the stock maps. Just add some more depth and width as well as some more shooting lanes. It really makes you think about how you approach things.
The one thing I don't like this version is the outside routes. The one in particular is just a poor addition as it is now. It is to difficult to cover and only has two entrance points. It needs to have more entrance/exits and some cover. As well it shouldn't be such a straight shot around the map.
Even still its a nice addition

Also, putting some cover along the path would be much appreciated. Aside from that, this map rocks!
