How Ti Upload Mods And Maps?????

I'm connecting via Total Commander. ( net>FTP connect>connect )
When I enter the server dir i have pb and main directory!

Where to import iwd of map, and modes??? Do I need somethig to delete?

Is there something like tutorial somewhere?
