OK guys so im thinking of getting this game but im not sure if i should get console or xbox version ? I dont play xbox online much. i dont like playing 1st person shooters with controler , but if i go with the pc version is there more online custom game play ? what are most guys getting ?

PC version has NO custom online play. If you are confused a bit, read the other threads in this forums. No dedicated servers, no mods, no customization, no leaning around corners, maximum 9v9 players.

Online is handled by a matchmaking system, where the players themselves host the servers on their machine. Just like a console.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Get the 360 version.

Also, in reference to what version most of us are getting, the answer would be "no version." We are mostly PC gamers in this forum, and this game slaps us in the face. There is a sizable boycott taking place.

Due to what Infinity Ward has done to the PC version (The hell with you IW...) There is not other console than to go with the console. Getting the PC for single player allow simply isn't worth it ;(

Also, I can't see the logic in getting the console version just because the PC version sucks as much as it. If they both suck equally, and both cost the same, then get whichever you prefer. If you don't like using a controller for an FPS (and let's face it, what sane person does?), then get the PC version.

If you're refusing (and let's face it, what sane person wouldn't?) to get the PC version out of principle (nudge nudge), then you really shouldn't be getting the console version, either, out of the same principle

Well, I hope you manage to get some sort of enjoyment out of it. But, yea, we've been talking about the multiplayer for weeks here, so you can't say you weren't warned. :P

Console will have more longevity to the MP. You also have the choice of returning it to Gamestop or somewhere for a bit of money back.
