I wouldn't mind if they developed games that were worth paying a sub for. However, given that our expectations and standards always go up, its increasingly difficult to make such a game without blowing away our minds and this generally costs a ton of money and research/development. The thing is, if all games became pay to play, inevitably there will be a few games worth paying for a long time, and other games that are worth paying for, for a short time. And then the rest is trash. That's kind of how it goes right now, except we're all used to a buy a game for $60 and have it forever. I wish houses were like that, mortgages are a killer.
