    MW2... some of it actually quite good

    Multiplayer that is... I've not even run the SP at all yet. Aside from being short, as COD4's was, I hear that it's pretty good too.

    I'm not loving IW's lack of dedicated PC server support, and I think the way they held that bit of info back from the gaming community until just before launch, was a bit shady. But I can't blame them, from a PR standpoint. They knew it would cause a ruckus, and they wanted anticipation and excitement for the game.

    So far, I've found the 9v9 multiplayer maps I've played on to be quite good, especially the maps themselves. The multi-environment, with buildings as well as terrain, being used is much better than it was in COD4, and on some maps is just astounding. Favela (sp?) is a great example of this, with multiple buildings accessible with interior rooms, and access to the rooftops. Terminal is another example, with the complete airport terminal, tarmac and even a plane, all usable environments. And the environments themselves only build on the ambient dust, papers, etc. Let's just this... The chicken physics are excellent.

    I also thought, when I heard the news, that 9v9 would be a bad thing for the game. The developers defended this aspect of the game by saying the maps were balanced for that number of players. After a few hours of playing, I have to say I agree with them. Unless COD had a command and squad-lead type infrastructure in-game, maps with 40+ players are really crazy, unless you're on a TG or tactical crouch server.

    I'm looking forward to hooking up with some other TG folks, hopefully for some organized pubbing, and eventually some organized private TG matches.

    I absolutely agree at first I was thinking "Holy Crap 9vs9? Are they serious the maps are to big and boring when its 16-16!" But when I got to playing the game it actually was pretty fun. Alout of fun perks and weapons and emblems/titles to go along with them. And thank god there isnt any of that nade spam anymore even flash/bang grenades are used alout more then before now.

    Steam = 2cent (:3 epicname)
