Good stuff!
I would like to add something to this tactic...... the addition is making sure the last guy in line is watch the rear flank. I have been with another player before where I'm the one in the front and they didn't check our six and we were slaughtered by someone sneaking up on us.
One more addition....... when climbing up a wall, ladder or vines you can use a flash bang, stun, grenade or combination over the wall so the first person up has some chance to clear the enemy's position while your teammates are making there way up.
