SM problems

Hi!

This is probably the wrong forum, but who do I talk to about my SM tag?

I show the charge cleared not only Pay Pal, but from my source of funds it drew from.

Yet, I see no SM tag, and the reserved slot on the server still kicks me.

Help please!
