"iw3mp.exe has stopped working"

Hello, ive just come off the cod4 server after having tried to seed it with sean and failed miserably. I got this 5 times in quick succesion "iw3mp.exe has stopped working". Sean says hes seen it before so im guessing theres a 'cure', help pl0x.

Im on vista x64 btw.

try restarting comp

I also get this if I have alt-tab'd out of the game one too many times. I usually reboot and it works fine.

I am on Vista Ultimate 64-bit.

It has happened to me now where I had no alt-tabbing at all..am not sure why all of a sudden this is happening. I ran a good long session of Aus Logic "defrag" and maybe that will help in some way..

Happens to me too?? I have searched the forms all sorts of diffrent answers, did a lot of them sitll happening??? got me...
