    Great Games

    I think its safe to say we had some really good game play tonight. Just to let every one know I'm working on a few things for the mod. So if anyone has any ideas I'd like to hear them.

    Here are a few things I've been working on

    1. Fixing the bayonet button so when you attach your bayonet it doesnt take away
    your other ammo and only leave you with 5 bullets.

    2. Started working on a perk called Booby Trap

    what this one is going to do is once a player goes into second chance he will only have a black screen no more gun and no knife or I may go for a really heavy shell shock with no gun and no knife this way the person in last stand really doesnt know whats going on around him . Now the team that has put the player into last stand has a chance to booby trap this player with a grenade, once the trap is set any one that goes to try to revive there teammate will unkownly get blown up after seeing how the second chance perk has played out I think it will fit in very nicely and not be way over used. I might start work on the second chance animation since now that you wont have a gun I can try for more of an animation for the player looking dead.

    3. Adding the tactical grid to a few new custom maps.

    And I will be revamping the grid at some point to get a better look for the smaller maps that seem to stech the grid out so there is only one grid in the mini map.

    4. Perk Antitank Mines

    It will be kind of like a betty but will only blow if a tank drives over it. It will destroy the tank treads but not the tank itself basiclly rendering it useless.

    I would like to say one thing about the tank battles in Downfall tonight they where the best ones so far. Atleast for me our team knew that in order to take the win we really had two objectives the first one was Destroying the enemy tank through the use of great Comms and proper loadouts, Once we where able to destroy the tank we could take our second Obj with little resistants from the enemy.

    one thing I did notice or feel is a player can enter and exit the tank way to fast what do you guys think.

    I'm also still fiddling around with the weather system. I'm working on some custom fx's for rain. so hopefully at some point in time I'll be able to add that in an update.

    and for the night cycling mode I have figured out how to make the sky line darker to give a more realistic look to it. Although when playing I dont really notice it. since thats not my main focus when im getting shot at.

    A thought for the booby trap, make it like a bouncing betty. that is whoever touches the body sets it off. So if you go prone by it....boom. Oh and it has to be invisible.
