    my suggestion would be to have a WaW flip down in the games menu link bar i know i don't even have this game but i don't really know what is going on b/c i search through the links by games and i never think to swing by and look b/c there is no link.... might want to think about it

    I will probably get flamed for this first suggestion, but I think it will help keep snipers where they are supposed to be. And yes, everyone knows my legendary hatred for those wussy snipers, but this idea has nothing (ok, not much) to do with that.

    I would like to see the sniper kit changed a bit, but don't know if this is possible. Can we make it to where a sniper is required to hold breath for a couple to several seconds to get a hit? I notice that currently, a sniper can snap their scope up and pop off a kill shot in less than a second, making them a very potent flanker. Now, there is nothing wrong with having a class be good at flanking, but a sniper? According the the Classes & Roles messages that scroll in game, "The Sniper classes place is in the back, making the long, one shot kills."

    Another idea I've had, and I think I've already talked to Krag about it is, allow the Support class access to the Anti-Material Ammo perk. What better way to suppress enemy movement, than being able to blow through walls?

    And lastly, is there a way to never show players Kills and Deaths? Not even between rounds or at rounds end. I think that could go a long way to promoting teamwork by removing the incentive to kill hunt (even though flanking is allowed, kill hunting is still illegal on the TG server). Perhaps, if its possible, change the scoring system completely by offering points for teamwork. ie. Give a medic 5 points for a revive and 10 points for using the med kit, 5 points for Support handing out ammo, and maybe 2 points for killing an enemy and 1 for an assist.

    I agree. The sniper is long range and a slow mover. Number one job is to take out enemy sniper and number two to spot enemy movement. I don't think he should be flanking.

    I was curious about the rifleman, Does this class have any real perk other than sniper sans scope? And why is the M1 not an option for them as a weapon? I am not sure if this has been discussed, but I am just wondering. Thanks.

    I really like the idea of slowing down each class to the speed they would be engaging the enemy in a real situation.

    Greflin The reason Rifleman is only bolt action riffles is to slow the pace of the game.
    If you allow everyone to have a semi or full auto it tends to become more R n G. Then the type of Tactical Team Play that the mod is aiming for M1 is in three classes SL,Medic,and Recon. Now as far as giving xp and scores I plan to rework that system to
    give the medic the most points. and we can further tweak the configs as far as player speed goes.

    Now I will say that I am all for flanking. Since I have redid the pulse system you can see that people run off from the start telling the team and SL what they are going to do. The reason I am for flanking is this When you are at A obj. and the team has called out mass amout of enemy approching B thats when you start your flank. Not running out of the gate at spawn yelling im going to flank that is not good team work. But on the other hand Its easy to have your team sit back take out half there team then start for the Obj's.
    I think this is only do to the fact that most people do want to step up and take charge.And yes I even fail to do that sometimes. See the way that I think most people view the SL is O thats the class I use if I want arty. With out even thinking about what that class is there for. I am working on forcing the sqauds at spawn so the SL has the tool to give the map icon.
    But with that said the rules do state that you are to join and form a sqaud and take orders from the leader. Now it is up to us to do just that and if some one doesn't join
    at the start we need to tell him too. I guess I can start to play SL more to help in this area. But we as a team must demand that the other players step up and do there part
    by playing there class in the way it is meant to be played.


    The class and roles come from TG I did not make these up. But I will make a new post with them and a link to where the post can be found.

    There is a very easy way to make the players stick with each other and that is drop the amount of start ammo now they have to stay around the heavygunner .

    Can different Tank sounds be modded into the tanks?
    Because being a part time construction worker in the past; a tracked vehicle does not sound that perfected. Lots of squeaking and squawking.

    I play when I want to Ren, sorry that's not good enough for you. Ya see, I live in Tahoe where I can go outside and enjoy the weather, MB if I lived in Vegas I would sit and stare at my computer screen all day too.
