Anyway a bit about me:
Well I'm PaintScratcher (killroy999 for you WaW folks) I've been around in the gaming world for a while, I began playing COD round my uncles with COD/UO and have continued playing the series completing every game for the main consoles, PC and PS2 in my case. I've been at TG for a few months now and have really enjoyed my experience with the guys at COD and BF2.
Well, I am Mindkill and I am addicted to a whole bunch of stuff. Namely gaming on my PC. My gaming life started very early with an Atari 2600. Moved up to a Commie 64, then goofed around with my brothers Amiga's (he had three). I finally bought my own PC in 1995 and haven't looked back. Played everything from Doom and Duke Nukem 3d up to todays cutting edge games.
As far as my working life is concerned, I am a "jack of all trades, master of none". I have worked as a newspaper boy, fast food resturaunt maintainence and manager, lumber yardman, level 2 hardware/software tech, systems administrator, technical writer, poured concrete walls and basements, landscaper, general contractor, apartment building super, electrician and plumber. (I am sure I forgot a few)
Anyways, I found TG about a year and a half ago and have been here since.
39 year old telephone company worker. Used to play online games about 10 years ago, just started up again about 6 months ago. Not at the competence level I would like to be in my gaming, but it's getting better. Recently have played Left for Dead, Far Cry 2, Half Life 2 and of course Call of Duty 5.
I work for Health Canada, and live in the north. I'm a rather young 38. 2 kids to keep me on my toes. 1 wife to kick my butt when needed. Man...I'm sore allot:-)
Started my computer gaming life about 2 years ago with Live for Speed. It is an online driving simulator. I am on an active and crazy team in LFS called RSR (Race Sim Radicals)
Other games I play are DOD (On the 173rd server exclusively), rFactor (On Dead Men Racing exclusively) and occasionally I play IL-2 flight combat sim.
I have recently upgraded my computer from my trusty old "Dell 4600" to a "
I attended Juilliard, I'm a graduate of the Harvard Business school, I've traveled quit extensively, I lived through the Black plague and I had a pretty good time during all that, I've seen the Exorcist's a 167 times.
Joking! Ok my story sounds very much the same as Mindkills; but only the out of doors stuff. Us Midwesterners are like that where we do everything our selves. We also have more auto part stores than auto garages; cause we're to dam stubborn to pay for our cars to get fixed.
I have been a Grocery Store Clerk for 16 years now I play the roll of Truck Driver locally, I build my own PC's because stores over charge.
I built my first in 1995 with the first Via chipset and the first Nvidia chipped video card 10 mbs.
This is one of my hobbies that I really enjoy, gaming!
I have two snowmobiles and live in Las Vegas, hehe! That is true; Reason being I am from the cold region of MN originally.
The first and last clan that I belonged to was The Firm.
No more clans for me, only Groups.
I have check TG's server's out on and off for over this last year, I must ave always caught you when nobody was on.
Checked out the forums before I met Krag and read a little you all sound down to earth.
Listen my mind wonders alot I do have A.D.D. so I am sure I missed some thing or did a messed up order.
But that's all I can think of.

Seek professional help bud. You might consider talking to redneck, he is a counselor of some sort and should be able to point you in the right direction.
Well all I have to say is when Drona tells me he got flowers from a secret admirer, I think I might know where they came from. But on the bright side Drona always has a place to stay when he visits Las Vegas. ROFL
Please allow me to introduce myself I'm a man with a taste. I've been around for a long long year..... stole many man's soul and faith. It is not often that I encounter across myself when researching a topic. I found the following in a recent article on the uses of ethnography in virtual environments:

Took a gamble and got a refurbished 30 GB OCZ Vertex 1 off of NewEgg for the low, low price of $30. Had some trouble getting the drive to be recognized by Windows or by my BIOS. Had to use a jumper...
It has been almost 6 months now and I am still waiting for the second peer-review report to come in for my next book (this one is on the future of television).
Things usually unfold faster than...
