Server is back up with 18:26 on the timer. I had to reboot the cable modem. I still wonder if the colder weather has something to do with it. It's snowing and below freezing outside today. Hmm.

My apologies for the downtime right now guys. It was a bad day yesterday with the server going down while I was at work and again while I was sleeping. Then this morning I slept in and didn't have time to restart it.

The plan is to start it back up again at 9:00 pm my time (GMT - 7) at the start of my last turn. This puts the timer with about 18 hours on it but does mean Wenz and Hoplosternum will need to redo their turns.

Hopefully this instability with my ISP connection will correct itself soon. If not, I'll look for other server hosting possibilities.

In the meantime, as always, you can help me out by posting here when you are unable to do your turns and letting me know how much time you need before you can do your turn again. Otherwise as a general rule of thumb I'll try to keep at least 12 hours on the timer when I restore a save file.

A heads up that I'll be out of town from Jan 15 to 17. I'll try to keep the server up during that time but the odds are pretty good that I'll lose Internet connectivity at some point. If that happens, expect it back up the evening (MST) of the 17th.

Ya, I saw that we lost access to the server this morning. It was up for 2 of the 3 days I was gone so that's pretty good.

I'll take a closer look at the save files tonight but it might be easiest just to restart the current turn so we'll have a 24 hour timer to work with. I'll post details once I get it up and running again.

Server went down tonight. I think only Whiplash and Neo were left so hopefully they can get their turns in with the 8:20 now on the timer. I restored to the beginning of Snarlin's last login.
