Been noticing some odd network traffic to the server and kinda forgot to plug it back into the router after having a little poke around. sorry.

I'm having deja vu in that the server seems down again.
(according to civstats it was the latest save that was loaded, no time travel)

Hmm ... so why did I have to rebuild the road I already built? It may be that my prior turn came after the reloaded save was made? So I am the only one repeating work, and the time line seems intact?
