I see Civstats is reconnected, but I still can't log in ... still timing out.
Morgan you said something about changing the IP address ... is that the issue?

Sort of more lazy networking, my fault, sorry. After the powercut the server logged in first and grabbed the wrong network address via DCHP, therefore the firewall/router was directing traffic to the wrong machine.
All sorted and now on static IP.
DanD to replay the turn lost to the powercut. 14h on the clock.
