Unit effectiveness tests

3) Support game play in a near-simulation environment. Where the focus of play would not be solely on doing what it takes to win, but doing so utilizing real-world combat strategy and tactics rather than leveraging exploits provided to players by the design of the game engine.

Thats a good resource. Making sure a unit has cover is important as well as putting them at the range they are best suited to. Also, fully upgraded rifleman used correctly will absolutly dominate any other infantry. Basically if you use the BAR suppress thing, you win almost any infantry battle.
