help,cant connect to server (Mat_dxl level)

Every time i change my "mat_dxl level" to 80, CSS freezes up.

then it wont let me connect to server

Is it just this server or is it any server?

Just reinstall CS:S.

80 is an invalid dx level. Delete your config and let it rebuild.

I think it needs to be 81. But yeah, rebuild it and they will come.

I think the PCS server requires dxlevel "90".

i dowloaded dx 10 but it may be my old graphics card. CSS doesnt hang up all servers though only TG server
