Rate for CSS

what are the commands for rate increase? i know the cmd_rate 100 i think? what are the numbers for TG? and what are the commands? please and thank you!

I'm a network admin and I still didn't have the patience to read through that.
Good resource, though, if I wanted to give a detailed excuse as to why I forgot to check behind the boxes when I came through paper room.
