TG Server Mods

I love the realistic game play of the TG servers, and me being an owner of a server i want in on the action. I am interested in the mod that makes grenades more lethal/realistic, and the knockback one. The only problem is i cant find any info on them over the internet. If any of you can help me out i would appreciate it. Also if any of you know who set up the servers please get back to me.
