Have you guys ever tried playing without the radar? It would probably lead to more TK's which would then lead to more anger and stress, which would then lead to more heart attacks. But seriously, maybe a no-radar night or something.

It was my understanding that the server could force it, but the player could change it back if they really wanted to.

Radar off is a bad idea, in the sense that if the first plan fails, you can see what the situation is and think of a new plan. Also, you can keep tabs on people without constantly asking "OMG WER U AT?" Communication is good, but blotting out a single footstep can cost a match.

That seems real enough to me. Who would send people into a terrorist-friendly area/counterterrorist-friendly area without armor, and a defuser. Maybe even an MP5 for CTs and a mac10 for Ts.

Well in that case how in the hell do the terrorists keep getting into these areas to attempt bombings? You'd think that after once or twice we might put up a perimeter to keep them out of the missle room, server room, or in the case of dust2... the, ah, really important wooden crates scattered randomly about an unnecessary area.

And how do they rebuild these spaces so quickly? It seems that if someone blew up the marketplace three times in a row we would stop rebuilding it and then leaving it, completely abandoned and fully stocked with fruits, to get blown up again.

Don't even get me started about those stupid hostages. The same 5 guys getting taken hostage? Either they're really, really, really, really, really-really stupid or this is a government conspiracy. I've been convinced for years now that the asian was an Al Kaydah operative. He's always got that squinty, "I've got a bomb in my shoe", look on his face. If you'll notice, the asian is the hostage that ALWAYS gets stuck or decides not to hop the balcony when you need him to. This isn't stockholm, this is much bigger.

The point of buying armor and kit is to allow buying strategy. E.g, If you want the armor, you'll have to MP5 it because you can't then afford the AK. If you're going to outfit and have default weapons that don't suck, just load Ghost Recon. You get your kit and the whole health-armor thing is simplified to Green Light, Yellow Light, Dead Light.

If you want realism you should be able to cut boxes open with ur knife then go in the box and like but the piece u cut of back in for a perfect camping spot =O. and for the matter of giving ct's and t's guns to start out with is good for T's because of the fact is they import guns and stuff like that were they should have mp5's or mac10's but ct's shouldnt be getting no guns because when u see swat/cops/ counter terrorist units they run in there with pistols against ak's which is an unfair advantage but thats how it is in life. Have you ever though of T's being able to exicute the hosties too since if the T's are in a tight situation exicuting the hosties ruins the WHOLE ct mission which is exactly what the T's want its sort of like suicide bombing with hosties there fore the T's win and the ct's loose. Another thing is that you put some sort of mod which can let u bind something in the console that drops ur guns and put ur hands up so that ct's dont kill you since all the time there are Terrorists surrendoring to ct's. A few more things scout should be restricted to 2 people per team since one scouter is nothing two scouters is how it is in real life you have an air team and a ground team ur air team shouldnt consist of one scouter. Another thing is that you should start out with more money. You should be able to buy an M4 with ur starting money thats just life. Myself i think flashes should actually do some damage to you because the flash hurts your eyes it doesnt just blind you. These are more things that can make it real tell me what ya think.
