SM Reserve Slot Issue

Hey

I've noticed recently that I'm having to wait to join the servers if they are full.

My supporting membership did gain me priority access for a month or so, but not recently.

Any chance of getting this sorted?

I think it may be the 9(!) day delay in payment from my paypal account, I know this happened with the initial payment, but now I have a subscription set up.
