Correct. PCS is often used as a general term for TG CS:S. So when it says [PCS] it's the game from which you recieved the nomination and award.

Go to this page http://www.tacticalgamer.com/awards.php and scroll down and locate the Sniper Specialist Class 1 ribbon.

Right-click on ribbon and select Properties.

Copy the Url. In this case the URL is http://www.tacticalgamer.com/images/...per-class1.jpg

Go to UserCP -> Edit Signature and select the Insert Image button located in toolbar directly above the text box.

Paste the Copied URL

Center it.
