That would be either "you're" or "you are".

"Your" is a possessive and implies that somebody has "not an admin".

Since "not an admin" isn't a noun your sentence doesn't make a whole heck of a lot of sense, does it?

No, I'm not an admin, never have been. Just because I got PCSP status doesn't mean I am all high and mighty, able to kick whomever I wish at any time. =P

And yeah, I was going to make a comment about the "your not at admin" thing, but tritone beat me to it. Oh well.
