is there a team leader / plan coordinating ribbon that is for css? i didnt see one when i took a quick glance at the list last time i checked, cause i know someone(s) that has well earned that ribbon if it exists

The ribbons that were awarded while the system was down have to be added to the program, give it a little while then you'll have all your new ribbons added.

Mine do not appear to be working, either. I had them in my signature manually before. (removed them to wait for the auto system to work)
