The last one looks like the CT tripped and fell over the bump to his death. If I were a hostage, I definitely wouldn't run to the rescue zone after seeing that.

As you can see, the outcome was not how we had hoped. Notice kean did not kill even one hostage.

Normally I don't act like this... but peer pressure gave in. EVERYONE WAS DOING IT!

Actually, we were all flashed. Once they figured out we were nowhere else, they flashed about 4 times, kean was just the first one in.
