Re: Advertisement in fourm

Uhmmmmm.. You shouldn't be seeing these. Do you have new banners/etc in the forums that are displaying or are they all pop-ups?

I dont get pop ups they are box banners that show up every few posts in the fourms that you can click on and redirects you to that site.

I'm fairly certain that you've obtained some questionable software that is causing your "popup problem"

Re: Advertisement in fourm

No popups or inline ads here. Just the Wolf Servers banner at top.

(And for the love of god, can someone please correct the spelling of the thread title?! I was wondering if the 4-H club had a cousin. )

You only get inline ads if you are not logged on. I don't have any popups.

Re: Advertisement in forum

I saw a few of these adverts when I first was coming to the TG forums, before I made an account, they would just be there in between posts every 6 or so. I saw them again a few days ago, but not since...

Re: Advertisement in forum

they showed up for a couple of days. They were for guest to the site. You must have been in the wrong user group for some reason and Apophis probably put you into the correct one.

Re: Advertisement in forum

Uhh, i started getting weird adds, not in between posts, but at the top of the thread and above all the threads in the list...

Some of the words in random posts are red and underlined too, and if i scroll over em, i get a balloon advertising something...

edit: I get these whether or not I'm logged in, and i didn't when i registered...

Re: Advertisement in forum

Ya what ive noticed is that every now and then a word would be underlined and a tiny square pop up will appear if you scroll over the so mentioned underlined word. O and the underlined word is also in a red color.
