Doing away with some maps, adding new ones?

basicly what i was wondering is if we can take off certian maps on the server and adding new ones in place of them? Because i have heard complaints about certian maps oh i dislike this and that and so on. One is forest i belive, well which i have seen that it seems to be already taken out of the rotation. So think we can have some sort of a poll, or voting of which maps we would like to keep and add?
