Help Getting an ERROR

As I join the server today I get this message "Disconnect: Error verifying STEAM UserID Ticket" and will not let me join server I restarted steam/comp than Reinstalled CS completely and as I go to dl forest again from server I get the ERROR again can anyone please help me fix this.

Open steam, in the Games window go to File > Change User. Log out and sign in again. Problem should be solved

Or delete your clientregistry.blob file and restart steam. That file should be in the steam folder.

Yep that should do it. Also, delete the AutoUpdateStatus.blob or whatever its called... redownloading both .blob files should always fix that type of issue.
