Also bringing up the console in game and typing connect and the server IP will force connect you in. If I remember correctly.

I have this line in my autoexec.cfg:
I type "tg" in the console and it connects for me.Code:alias tg "connect 70.87.55.29:27015"

Not everyone enjoys cluttering their desktops with the ugly Windows-style icons. You *could* add that shortcut to Steam, though.

i always connect manually.
in console i type in
connect 70.87.55.29:27015
It even works on lockdown if the pass hasnt been changed.
if it has i gots to come all the way back here and type the new on in :/
