Re: Emergency Room
Just an update here. I haven't had a seizure since the first one. My muscles are slowly starting to recover. All that's left to recover is my back, in the area between my shoulder blades, and my shoulders/bicep area. Still have to take some meds for quite a while. Can't drive... which is a pain, but at least now I don't have to pay for gas or car insurance.
Oh also, I got my blood work back and everything is completely normal other than my enzyme count being at 949 (Normal is somewhere between 44-146 I believe) but that is because of the seizure. It's like I did an extremely extremely hard work out.

Re: Emergency Room
Yeah. Sadly I can't keep my focus playing video games for longer than 20 minutes right now. I'll have to come on sporadically here and there.

Re: Emergency Room
I can't seem to find the motivation to play CSS much anymore either. Glad everything is going well, It's good your optimistic about your recovery. I would be worried about any muscle trauma as a musician.

Re: Emergency Room
The physical damage isn't so extensive that I wouldn't be able to play an instrument. I was even able to run around a little bit playing frisbee today. God, how I love frisbee. Still hurts to run, but I can deal with it in short spurts.

Re: Emergency Room
Speaking of frisbee, here's a fun game we played today with four people and four frisbees. Have one person throw all four at once (we had three different sizes, so it worked alright) and see if the other three can catch all four. More challenging is three frisbees to two people. Good practice for it is two frisbees to one person.

I have a tendency to key out three or four things and then let them battle for supremacy while I key, so there's a lot of backspacing as potential statements are slaughtered and eaten by the victors. ~ Magna Centipede

Re: Emergency Room
Even better is seventeen frisbees to nine people and four and a half frisbies to three people with prosthetic limbs.
