I was just wondering has any one seen,or heard of a new half life /counter strike game???I know valve are getting ready to release a new L4D.

nah i havent heard of any new 'games' but i have seen soen pretty cool mods for css and hl2

Some time ago, they said that they didn't want to make CS3 quite yet, but if they got a lot of fans asking for it alongside Ep3 they might make it.

And it should be. I'm a little ticked about L4D2 being released so soon, but that's neither here nor there.
I'm thinking we'll see CS3 when Valve completely overhauls the Source engine, or creates a new one entirely.

I'm not holding my breath, for them to pull of another cs as successful as CS:S I hope they take a long time on it and perfect it. Games now a days are just being sent out on the conveyor belt half finished it seems with updates along the way to fix a half done game that never really makes it so. I hope it takes 2-3.

Yea thats true I dont want some half a** CS game coming out that cant stand up to the standards its predecessors set.

ehh, considering source probably took 5 years to make... i bet they are in early development of CS3
