Hmmm it is either F5 or F6 I can never remeber so I hit both lol, however the other way is always to just hit print screen and paste it into paint or some such.

The default is F5. It saves into the CSS folder, I think it was C:/PorgramFiles/Steam/steamapps/accountname/Counterstrike/cstrike/screenshots or at least something like that. I'm not on my computer right now so I can't check.
