Agreed with Usarion. Very unorganized. Grifter=Leader for Team B. SO, Everyone from Team B, PM Grifter with your available times. I would suggest Team A doing the same thing with it's leader. Each leader organize the information separately. Exchange the best available times for themselves to each other. THEN, negotiate from there.
WARNING!!! If we do not complete the match in our given time to set it up; BOTH TEAMS TAKE A LOSS.

My new job means I won't be able to get on till about 7pm est at the earliest on weekdays. So Friday evening is good... Saturday late afternoon-evening would be better. We need to take the Brits' timezone(s) into consideration too.
