Fox cannot see that thread, as it is visible only to supporting members?

Darkilla: In short, NS is pretty much really fast chess. With guns. Apophis: I haven't seen anyone say that SM's are better than non-SMs. Nordbomber: This is THE first server I've seen where either side can comeback from out of seemingly nowhere with the right teamwork. en4rcment: I have NEVER experienced the type of gameplay that I have found here. Nightly I am amazed at the personalities and gaming talent. Root: Welcome to TG. Feel free to punctuate your sentences correctly. Monkerz: Its gonna take all my skills to beat those boys off in the future.

Re: Nuke=server enema

Yes Wyz, I do not have access to the member only section. Therefore, I cannot view that thread. However, I appreciate both of your prompt, efficient responses. Hopefully we can get this map vote thing sorted out since the new update. Then I can bug the hell outta the supporting members to call a vote!!!! lol im only kidding

But what about this? I say that we open a new thread for a short time (maybe 1 week?) as a poll. 2 choices, de_go_nuke OR de_nukes_b8 whatever we have more votes for, we strike the other one off of rotation. Once again, just a suggestion. Many people (myself include) get an INCREDIBLE FPS drop on that map in particular.

Re: Nuke=server enema

Personally I love the map. It is excellent looking, and has some nice physics in it. I am not sure why others hate it so much, but I suspect it has to do with performance.

The layout of the maps is nearly identical, with go_nuke being better looking IMHO. How can you love one, and hate the other so much??

So that's why it's a one-man show.

And this is a good time to mention that although supporting members are what keeps this community going, non-paying members are just as welcome. Non-supporting members need to keep in mind that supporting members deserve and pay for perks and privileges here at TG. If TG decides to offer something to supporting members only, then non-supporting members shouldn't complain about not having access to that service. TG offers a LOT of things for free because a lot of us were in situations where we were unable to pay for something as unnecessary as a gaming community membership. I think a good balance exists between enticing people to pay for memberships and offering great services for free. And.... It's only going to get better...

Heh... No, no, no... The suggestion that I'd like to see you become a supporting member was directed at you, the rest of that message was intended to be a message for general consumption, I'm sure. Sure, we'd like to see more supporting members, but we know that not everybody can do that... As long as we have enough people donating to keep this community running and perhaps to grow when new games come out, then I'm happy!
