New maps added
See here for details. Harvest is particularly good and could be interesting as the rescue poing is nowhere near CT spawn.
These maps are not yet in rotation.
A while back there were some posts with lots of maps being suggested. We're better equipped now to get more maps on the server for testing, so go forth and find maps that we can play PCS on, and suggest them here together with download links. Perhaps we can have one day a week where we just play new maps? I dunno - it's largely up to you guys.

Iagree, I kinda like the layout of harvest but it seems like militia in the fact that if you guard the stairwell to the 2nd floor of the hostie house, Ts have an advantage.

hey i was just lookin at vulcans post on the new militia and i was wondering if u could put that one on in place of the militia thats on there now.

I'm sure any admin will put the new militia on for you if you ask. I'm not prepared to put it in the rotation though. See my post in vulcans new version of militia thread.

Yeah the map all bright with a big wall around the whole thing? Im just checking... and also: this is the topic to post map reccomendations in, right? I've been talking about it a while and I relaly think it would play well for PCS:

Harvest I like.
CS_jungle not so much, it looks nice but it's not PCS imo.

Every now and then when Apophis's back is turned, I type "@map de_dust". I never press return, but I type it all the same.

harvest is real great except for the house. once the t are pushed into the house its a friking death trap. walls you can shoot through and wide open rooms made to be flashed. and giant windows for ct to sniper into. if not for the house i would love it. but because of the house i hate this map with a passion.
frowning takes 47 muscles, and smiling only take 17, but sitting there with a zombie like stare on your face takes 0, we have a winner.
The fights are so bitter because the stakes are so small. -watch words of academia

But like Vulcan said, Jungle looks good but it does kind of have a deathmatch feel
