New cs_assault coming
I can't find a link, but I saw in last night when I opened Steam. A new official assault map is coming. Should be a very interesting map for our PCS play.

Re: New cs_assault coming
I would much rather have a new cs_siege, with working APC.

Assault. Is that the one with the 2 floor house, with a big garden around it, and a tunnel / sewer entrance to the house?

Re: New cs_assault coming
Assault has a warehouse in a city setting. The hostages are inside the warehouse. The Terrorists spawn inside and the CTs spawn outside. There is a large front door, a small back door, and a ventillation system on the roof to get in. There is a single door to get into the hostage room.
This analysis, of course, is based on the stock 1.6 version.
Root, from your description I believe you are thinking of estate.

Re: New cs_assault coming
I love estate. Has anyone tried a source version?

Ah thanks - I remember assault now. Extremely difficult for the CT's.

Re: New cs_assault coming
From what I have gathered they are both similar. It would seem that cs_estate replaced cs_mansion some time ago in CS's official map list.

You took the words right out of my mouth. Many a good round wasted driving over my entire team by accident on that one.
