Sometime in the next month isn't likely to give grown ups time. Great a bunch of you are off school right now, but the rest of us have committments all year round.

What your having 18 players on the server achieve, that having 14 doesn't achieve? The idea isn't to cram as many players as possible onto the server at once. That's deathmatch. The idea is to have the server in continuous use for a full 48 hours.

Re: Hardcore PCS weekend?

It's a good idea, I'd definatly try to hang in for 24 hours. I'm weak can't last 48.

I'm up for that. That's what I do most weekends anyhow. I end up having to play using bots on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

I'll see your 8 hours and raise you my 15 hours. Also, I'll laugh at your pathetic 8 hours

Re: Hardcore PCS weekend?

I used to play 1.6 for 6 hours a night, you all have nothing on what I used to be. 8:00 to 2, or 3:00 and never stop. Thats at least 42 hours a week.... Well if you can beat me then you need to get a life.

Better sign me up for a life then. I can easily do 12 hours a night, 7 nights a week. Now that we've established that I'm the saddest loser round here, who else is up for a weekend of hardcore PCS?

The Red Green method of PC cooling: Take the sides off of your PC and point a box fan at it. Although I heard there's a lot of hot air over there, so if you quit breathing while playing you could drop your core temp by another 10 degrees easy. :P

Actually, the fan thing works.
