Re: Counter-Strike: Condition Zero

Ive been a long time CS player and I have played the demo of CS:CZ. Basicly there is nothing at all new between regular CS and CZ. Basicly if you are playing CS today using the STEAM servers your playing CZ online minus a few guns.

Basicly what steam did is refaced CS to match CZ so when CZ was released steam could make the transition over smoothly.....

Don't waste your money.......

The thing that makes CS so great

no no no the thing that MADE CS so great WAS the multiplayer. counterstrike as a whole is not worth the effort. maybe when half life 2 comes out we will see a new platform and a new modification for it.

I am afraid that you might have too if you want to continue playing CS. Steam/Valve will replace CS with CZ by not support more updates for 1.6 and just focus on CZ. That is why CZ is so similar to CS.

Re: Counter-Strike: Condition Zero

Personally if I was a smart Valve I would have scrapped CZ and released it 3 months after HL2 as a mod on that platform.
