Hmmm 2 different issues here. Some of the questions I responded to are in the CS SOP forum, and EVERYONE is supposed to read the SOP's.

Finding the thread with the server IP and password is easy if you go to the main forum page and use the search forums facility.

Of course if people had the good netiquette to use the search facility more often, we'd have less redundant posts / threads

Well, there could have been more players, but it was successful.

If everyone finds it useful, I can keep doing these, covering other topics and maps.

Here's what you missed:

Where you might be in, or out of bounds on cs_italy. Playing the objective.

Grab those hostages!

Communication 101: No, I don't want to hear about your flatulence.

Taking all 7 minutes to plan and execute.

Ask the admins: crackjumping. Mostly don'ts.

Then we played a full round putting it into practice.

But see Root, then the forums would be dead. And life without these forums just isnt life.

Re: PCS Training Session: Tuesday 9/20

For those of you that participated in this training, or any of the previous OFFICIAL trainings, here is a little ribbon to show you are PCS certified. Do NOT put this in your signature just because you think you know PCS, this is for those who showed the determination to show up and learn what true PCS is.

Re: PCS Training Session: Tuesday 9/20

Does that entail the training session we had LONG ago with Root and 9v on Piranesi and Aztec?

Re: PCS Training Session: Tuesday 9/20

maybe we can make a ribbon specifically for the PCS training on Italy, and we could add more like PCS Aztec/PCS BackAlley/etc for whatever map is done next.

And this was cleared with the GO? Perhaps you went straight to Apophis and he cleared it?

Perhaps you'll be removing the ribbon now?

Re: PCS Training Session: Tuesday 9/20

It went well, I only wish that more people would have shown up, and that the T team (except for Phantom) would have had TS. That would have made things easier for Mateo, and really, it would have made things in general a lot easier for everyone.

I'd like to see training sessions on a semi-regular basis. The length of time between the last session and this one is appropriate. That gives anyone who couldn't make one able to take part in the next without waiting forever.

Re: PCS Training Session: Tuesday 9/20

I really wanted to participate... damnable timing. I really hope I can make the next one, and I'll try to.

Just... give more warning! A "PCS Training Tonight!!" isn't too great of a notice.
