Meaning more recruitees due to lack of membership and password. That's a good thing.

The new models have been called for many times in the past 6 months, and this is the first time anyone has raised objections. I'm not saying your objections are invalid, just pointing out that yours appears to be a minority opinion.

Again, if anyone has suggestions for models that are less confusing, we're happy to review all suggestions, providing a download link is included.

Server 2 isn't getting ANY traffic at the moment as it's unavailable. I'll be making an announcement regarding server 2 in the very near future.

You shouldn't blam TK's because of a model. Proper communication would solve this problem. However, most tactical teams (SEALS, RANGERS, SWAT) wear the same uniform for this very reason. Maybe it would be wise to allow cts only one model.

Re: CSS Player Pack
The old CS had about 4 models for each team and there were no TK/PCS problems there.
One of the things that should stop TK's is to identify your target before you pull the trigger. Kepp an eye on your radar, and an ear on what your fellow players are communicating and you shouldn't have any problems.
If anything it might increase the team communication and PCS aspect of the game for us.Certainly there is no hunting like the hunting of man and those who have hunted armed men long enough and liked it, never really care for anything else thereafter.

Re: CSS Player Pack
I like all of the models, I think that they are beautiful, I have only one problem. One of the CTs, nt sure which one, but hes tan, seems to glow a very bright tan. I first noticed this on beirut, and could easily see them while they were sneaking around.

Re: CSS Player Pack
Ok guys UPDATE
I've noticed the models SUCK, bad. So i went through the pain staking process of recompiling models that have VERY good quality skins. Even a skin for the original that has been slightly changed. Anyway, wearing camo that fits your environment is very much apart of stategy and tactics and is welcomed by most. I know the first impression models weren't great but it was testing.
So i unvail the Terrorist Model Pack [IN TESTING], Skins by darkelfa and model by valve. I recompiled them together for the purpose of use with mani skins.Last edited by Vulcan; 10-24-2005 at 10:08 PM.

Re: CSS Player Pack
I hope you keep the skins available. It was so boring to have the same ones for so long. I've had no problems tk'ing, but I can see it can be tricky.

Re: CSS Player Pack
There was a big difference though. All of the T models were "light" in general color, and all of the CT models were "dark" in general color. All of the new models are dark, except the old T model.

This is when you must calm down, and realize that if you relay info to your team, you can get more help. I always comm while in fire fights in hopes to alert my team where I'll die.

Re: CSS Player Pack
If you're in a position to retreat, get assitance, and attack as a group( and once again get all enemies in front of you), yes. But I was reffering to the point where you're going to have the most TK's because of the new models. When you're in the middle of CQC firefights, with assistance coming in from range. The problem is that the base black on most of the models is that deep computer black, the kind that if it were on real clothing would stain your skin colors from the amount of dye. That deep computer black overpowers the other colors at range, so that all of the models looks basically the same the farther you get from them, and you can't easily differentiate the model differences (like the headgear).
