Sorry about that reffering to the next post,
Anyway, I think the model packs are great, and they really add a new aspect to the game. It makes it harder to tell wh ois who, and it hides the players better in the terrain. I know it is "a lot"<--- (new word for me) to ask, but wher could i go to see the different options that the mani(i am assuming the maker of the player pack menu) has to offer. I would like to visit that, and maybe make suggestions that would futher better TG as far as CSS gameplay.

ANother thing, why do I have to download all kinds of mani decals, etc. at the begginign of every mapchange?

No. You can use this thread to discuss the CTModelPack though.

Re: CTModelPack

Some of the worst skins I've ever seen for CS.

* It is very hard to distinguish between CT/T
* There is some kind of iridescent "shield" on the backs of some of the models that would *never* be something a *real* CT/T would wear because of the reflectivity (harking back to PCS)
* There is a very weird "wrinkle-like" texture to most (if not all) of the skins that makes it look like they pulled their uniforms off of a dirty college dorm floor after being worn for the previous 5 days, lol

Please review the standards that this community has for posting here...

IMHO,
~Cory

If you have trouble with IFF, you need to engage your brain before your trigger finger.

Re: CTModelPack

By that time I am dead. Where normally, I'd have identified the Foe and reacted. Especially in darker maps (i.e. custom maps with sub-standard lighting).

Most players are still adapting. Get plenty of time on the server until you're confident with recognition

Re: CTModelPack

Those skins are top notch. Just because you can't tell doesn't mean they suck. I'd like it if you refrain from being so abrasive on your first couple of posts in this community (i.e. using gay) -rep

coryj558, if you can convince me via PM that your post is the sort of mature content we expect here, I'll happily give you +rep that will more than offset the -rep I've given you.
