I may be one of the few people who has actually been set on fire in a real game here.
When we first got the Mani mod someone chose this as punishment for me tk'ing them. It wasn't fun. I was running along on aztec from the T spawn with all my teammates, and as soon as I caught on fire everyone close by me caught on fire as well. Soon everyone was screaming and running around and almost the whole team died.
