No, noone has. The few disputes that I have had with players have generally been resolved fairly and quickly.

Good question, in your context it is round based.

I've edited the thread title slightly because it was misleading at first glance.

I think your post is missing a modifier.

The one what? The one that gets slayed? Banned? Killed first?

The SOP forum clearly states that you complete your objective, or you die trying. If you're too far away to do either, then

a) you don't care about PCS

OR

b) you weren't paying enough attention to casualties, and falling back as appropriate

Auto-slay will help condition people to stay close enough to their objective to complete it or die trying.

Re: What constitutes PCS? When to slay or slap?

slapping at the end of the round doesn't have any real effect (people will ignore it)

Re: What constitutes PCS? When to slay or slap?

I may be one of the few people who has actually been set on fire in a real game here.
When we first got the Mani mod someone chose this as punishment for me tk'ing them.

It wasn't fun. I was running along on aztec from the T spawn with all my teammates, and as soon as I caught on fire everyone close by me caught on fire as well. Soon everyone was screaming and running around and almost the whole team died.
