There is a difference between reading the SOPs and PCS rules and actually practicing them. Not everyone is good with aural and verbal learning, most are kinesthetic, meaning they learn best through hands on experience. In this same way, a visitor can jump on and see someone wearing the tag and expect to get valuable lessons from them. You can explain all you want to the newbies, but showing them the ropes is best, and now it will be clear who they should listen to first for advice.

Surely these "myg0t"s would be noticable in their actions? Shouldn't they be easily isolated and dealt with? Why are they even registering on our forums with malicious intent? Are we not treating them with kindness and respect in every game? Sure there are some extremely rotten apples out there, but those have got to have more identifiable traits than others right? You can save a rotten apple if you try, deep down some people really just are looking for a home.

They can be hard to spot. They generally wait for a full server so as to be less noticable. Are you familiar with myg0t?

If I'm wrong, I apologise, but I'm going to assume you don't know about myg0t. They get their kicks by causing rage. They'll quite happily sign up if they want to masquerade as a TG'er. They'll laugh in your face if you try to show them kindness and respect. Then they'll duck out of the server after holding a tea party.
