I have to say that when I occasionally pop onto the CS:S server for a game or two, I hear language being used by those who I understand to be regulars that is totally unacceptable. I don't ever feel it is my place to correct them though, as complaining about a PCS-Proven's actions tends to alienate you from the rest of them.
I'm sure some nasty words slip out from between my lips at times. I have a much fouler mouth in real life than I do here. If you catch me, please let me know. I'll apologize and try much harder to ensure that it doesn't happen again.
Cing has addressed all Kamers issues (and damn right some of them should have been dealt with via PM or means other than the forum). Apophis has made clear the situation regarding reserved slots.
Now let me add something. You all know damn well that I monitor the chat logs, so I'm miffed as to why people are claiming that they pull people up on their languge. It simply doesn't happen. That's my position, and I have the server logs to back me up. It's something that I'm sick and tired of. Everyone screams foul when someone on the defensive team rushes, so why does swearing go on without any members attempting to deal with it?
I'll tell you why. A rusher has an adverse affect on an offensive player. The poor darling suddenly can't be certain that a given area of the map is safe. A player who swears (whether the language filter catches it or not) doesn't affect any particular player. The logical conclusion, is that many of you are plain selfish. If it doesn't affect you, you don't care about it.
Don't expect any admin to warn before banning any of you for swearing. If you're PCS Proven, expect to lose membership of that group as well.
Bravo Microsoft, you have now surpassed EA in poor decisions and once and for all seized the crown for the worst 'Reveal' ever. That EA were standing there on the stage with you when you did it was...

It is not often that I encounter across myself when researching a topic. I found the following in a recent article on the uses of ethnography in virtual environments:

Took a gamble and got a refurbished 30 GB OCZ Vertex 1 off of NewEgg for the low, low price of $30. Had some trouble getting the drive to be recognized by Windows or by my BIOS. Had to use a jumper...
