Can i get unbanned yet? Or is server bugged?

So I keep having this problem that im banned from the server, I already discussed it with a few admins and they tell me they fixed it and to ask another admin for help..... However im still banned. Whats the problem? My steam ID is STEAM_0:1:7386424... I was told already it was fixed and I should be able to connect, yet I still cannot. Do I need to wait for a server restart or something?
