finally got a MIC
I've been playin a long time without a MIC and I finally broke down yesterday and bought one. It definitely makes gameplay much easier. I can't even count the number of times I've died while trying to type out a plan or let my team know where I've spotted an enemy. It makes it 100X easier to discuss plans and communicate with team during gameplay.
I just thought I'd post my good findings and recommend that everyone playing on TG server invest in a MIC. I just think it will benefit everyone greatly. I know everyone's monetary situation is different and it's not required to have a MIC, just thought i'd definitely recommend it.
If you have a local Staples you can pick up a Cyber Acoustic for $11.00 including tax. I tested it and everyone on the server told me it was working just fine. Circuit City was selling another one for like 20$, but I forgot the name of it. I believe the quality is similar but CC's might be a little better.
Like I said, I just thought I'd discuss my good findings with everyone. I'll cya guys on the server later tonight.

You also can't beat the mic/headset for hearing footstepts around a corner. It'll get you primed and ready for that next headshot.
As a tip, make sure to remap your com button from k to something more comfortable. Personally, I use the rear side button on my Logitech mouse. That way, I can run around, shoot, and talk at the same time.
