If you're asking about wearing the tag, that suggests to me that you haven't yet read the SOP's. My evidence? There's a SOP specifically about wearing the tag.

Make sure your steam ID is in your forum profile, or your reserved slot won't work. Also, if you play BF2 / 2142, make sure you have that ID in your profile also, or your reserved slot won't work there.

You say this as if you could do it even at 10yds.

Re: Ghost Stalker here

I'd like to bring up a concerned I saw last night. Informing an individual that the server is an objective base server and they say they know that it is and are doing that. But the have been near the other spawn and his excuse is that he had heard gun fire and reload and that he came to check it out. Then the same individual told me that I should be watching the bomb when the plan had me at the window area of AAA to watch the CT opening of A and to inform my team of when they coming. It was after a while I decided to put the TG Tag on to show that I know what the rules and the motd are but I ask him and informed him to read them over and over again. Is there anything else that I can do if a situation like this ever comes up again.

Re: Ghost Stalker here

If this individual becomes a real problem, there's a page_admin function that works beautifully (although I'm not sure how much the administrators appreciate being paged). If you type in all-chat ('y'), "page_admin [player] is [problem]", usually within the same map the issue will be resolved.

Re: Ghost Stalker here

Ghost, there's a player conduct SOP that should meet your needs. Alluding to specific incidents in public isn't likely to get anything resolved. PM me with the details, including playername and steam ID (if you have it).

The actual paging function does not work, but if someone is watching on HLSW from the outside... this command DOES help to pinpoint and assist with troublemakers

Re: Ghost Stalker here

I thought to page an admin currently on the server you typed @msg under the u key. And to page one not on server you typed @msg under the y key. Or is this broken as well?

Re: Ghost Stalker here

lol gref. the @ command works only when using the y command (say in consol) and only informs admins on server..

but with the paige admin command broken the admins can still notice someone attempting to paige an admin faster then someone just complaining.

p.s. the @ still works

Instructions on the use of page_admin are in the SOP forum.

And please...for the love of god...please dont tell us to KICK anyone, we will decide whether such actions deserve a kick or a friendly admin warning

Re: Ghost Stalker here

I’m finding that recently I’m being asked to plan and asked to take command of the team when on the server and I find that interesting. I’ve been playing on the server on and off for over a year. And I’m just wondering why. Sometimes I make good plans and sometimes not. Just wondering what you guys thinks.

Its customary for the bomber to call the plan when on demolition maps... the bomber does have the bomb and pretty much needs to decide what to do with it. If the bomber doesnt feel comfortable enough due to a new map situation, or w/e, then the planning can be differed. The plan should never be, A... and the bomb takes off first...thats bad news. A rush can be called, but front men should be called out by name first. This format gives everyone a chance to learn TG and experience it for themselves. Even if you get slaughtered.. as long as everyone followed a plan correctly, its all good Plan better next time

So take a crack at planning... its good to practice and learn for future rounds.
